Fly Buenos Aires to El Calafate (3 hours). Bus to El Chaltén (3 hours). Cross to Chile (Puerto Natales for Torres del Paine). Long distances — fly to save days.
Torres del Paine W Trek (4–5 days) or O Circuit (8–9 days). Fitz Roy day hikes from El Chaltén. Book hut reservations months ahead for high season.

Notoriously unpredictable. Four seasons in a day is not a cliché. Pack full waterproof layers even in November–March. Wind is your constant companion.
